What we collect
When BridgeOS screens a candidate, it records the call and creates a transcript and scorecard. It captures what the candidate tells us in the conversation, and the context an employer shares about the role.
Where your data lives
Candidate data is hosted in Australia and stays onshore. It is handled under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
Employers control retention and deletion. You decide how long candidate records are kept and can request deletion at any time.
The automated call
Every candidate is told up front that they are speaking with an automated voice. We are building for the automated-decision disclosure rules arriving in December 2026.
Fairness and access
Every candidate for a role is asked the same questions and scored the same way against a clear rubric. Candidates can request access to the information held about them.
